923487 - Apps sometimes fail to launch

Issue Details:
I installed Jumping Marcelo from Marketplace and on the first time I tried to use it I was shown a directory listing showing the files of the app.  I was able to select the index.html file to get it to load and it worked fine.  On other tries to launch the app, I haven't seen the directory listing again.

I haven't had a chance to install other apps from Marketplace yet so I'm not sure if this is an issue with the app itself or an issue with installing and launching apps in general.

Hey David, I just tried installing this app on my device and it seems to be working fine, can you try to uninstall and re-install it and let me know if it's working better? Thanks!

Now that I've been using the phone more, I've seen this failure to sometimes launch on more than just Jumping Marcelo.  

I've twice had the Marketplace app fail to launch (see screenshot above) and I've needed to restart the phone to get it to work.

I haven't seen a pattern yet that I've noticed, but will report any other times that this happens with any app.
