Just another thought on why CM announcements shouldn't be deleted. 1. joe user creates announcement 2. lots of views and taps are recorded 3. in a hurry, he wants to end the annoucement 4. he deletes it to stop being served actual: all views and tap data is lost expected: it should be available.
