Description:
Clock icon displays a placeholder rocketship icon on the homescreen instead of a clock.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Buri device to 1.3 moz build 20131004040203.
2. Observe that the Clock app has a placeholder icon on the homescreen.

Actual:
The Clock app has a placeholder rocketship icon on the homescreen.

Expected:
The Clock icon has a picture of a clock as an icon.
