Description:
The added collection always appears under the search bar instead of where the user actually created it on the homescreen.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri Build ID: 20131004040203
2)  Long press on anywhere on the home screen that is not on the "Search bar" page.
3)  Tap "Add Collection".
4)  Select any pre-made collection to add it to the homescreen.
5)  Go to the homescreen that has the search bar.

Actual:
The added collection always appear under the search bar.

Expected:
The collection is added to where the user long pressed on the screen to add it.

Fair bug - makes sense for user workflow. Not a blocking issue - easy to workaround.
