1. long tap on the homescreen to pop up context menu
2. choose 'Add Collection'
3. choose 'Answers'

Expected:
'Answers' collection created on the homescreen with an icon containing 3 app icons

Observed:
'Answers' collection created on the homescreen with an icon containing 2 app icons
