I see this problem on my Galaxy Nexus, Android 4.3 on trunk, Aurora, but not in Firefox beta.
Firefox Beta doesn't have the new UI yet, so I guess this might be tied to the new UI somehow.

Steps to reproduce:
- Load http://planet.mozilla.org in one tab (a page with large amounts of content)
- Load http://gopherwoodstudios.com/sandtrap/sand-trap.htm
- Switch tabs between the two a couple of times

Expected result:
- The tabs show the contents of their pages

Actual result:
- Sometimes, the content of only one page keeps being painted.

Fwiw, I couldn't reproduce it right now, so it seems to happen rather seldomly.
