923943 - Remote Scratchpad doesn't close with keyboard when discarding unsaved changes

STR:

1. Open a remote devtools connection
2. Go to the scratchpad tool (bug 895180)
3. change something
4. Press Cmd+W to close the window
5. Press "Don't Save" in the dialog opened

Results:

* The debugger window doesn't go away
* Clicking the window's close button does make it go away

Expected:
* The window should just close after "Don't Save" is clicked.

Interestingly, on Windows I don't get a prompt to save if it's changed. I'll have to take a look at this and see what's going on.

Mass-closing scratchpad bugs not touched in the past 2 years.
