This is just a matter of applying the patch in bug 920603 to the android-development b2g-4.3_r2.1 branch and modifying the manifests to point to it instead of the unmodified Google repo.

This was really easy but I had my hands so full of stuff for 1.3 that I couldn't set aside a minute to do it.

Attachment 8373904 [details] [diff] applies to the b2g-4.3_r2.1 branch of the mozilla-b2g/android-development repo and attachment 8373906 [details] [diff] [review] changes the Jelly Bean emulator manifest to point to that branch instead of the vanilla one.
