Hi,
I have searched every corner of Mozilla Verbatim, but haven't been able to find a way to add a Swedish translation of the Mozillians website (mozillians.org). So, here's a copy of the translated PO file instead (messages.po). Please find it enclosed inside the attached ZIP file. I've kept the usual folder structure for easier handling, so the ZIP file contains this: sv-SE/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po.
Cheers,
Mikael

Hi Mikael,
I committed your file in the repo (r120853), hope I got the folder's name right.
This is the repository
http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/mozillians/locales/
I think we need Matjaz to add your locale to Verbatim, and Andrei to enable your locale on the website (hope I'm right on this last one).

Please check if that works:
https://localize.mozilla.org/sv/mozillians/
Please note we use sv for Swedish, not sv-SE.
Sorry for being late, I'm suffering from the Post-summitic stress disorder.

It works.
The reason I used sv-SE is that it is used as the standard Mozilla locale for Swedish (http://l10n.mozilla-community.org/webdashboard/). If Mozillians is supposed to mirror Mozilla's application- and web-locales, it should be changed to sv-SE. If not, I don't mind the shorter locale at all. sv-SE and sv-FI (and perhaps sv-EE, if there is such a locale) rarely use any other locale than sv or sv-SE, so the regional code really isn't necessary.
Will the translation be published directly or on a staging server? I might have to make some changes due to layout reasons.
Mikael
(On the PTSD thingy. As far as I understand, you either a) attended a conference, b) climbed a mountain, or c) managed to combine a and b.)

Keeping it open since we need to enable the locale on Mozillians.
Dev server is here, once the locale is enabled

The mountain Matjaz is referring to is MozSummit 2013 ;-)

I just pull request the enabling of *sv* locale as per comment 2.
https://github.com/mozilla/mozillians/pull/658
Expect this to land to dev server within this week.
Thanks for working on this Mikael!

The staging version in up. Mostly looks OK, some small changes to be made. Thanks, everyone :)
One last thing: I need access and committing/editing permission to Verbatim. Right now, all I can do is suggesting changes, and that is an agonisingly slow process. If it is possible to commit via SVN, that would be great. I already use that sort of system for the mozilla.org sites I translate, and I prefer working in an offline setting.
Cheers,
Micke

On this Matjaz should be able to help if you want.

Absolutely yes, checkout the repository I linked above with https
svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/mozillians/locales/sv
Do your changes and commit only the .po file (not the compiled .mo).
