User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.69 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. logion to
2.
3.

Actual results:

When we have large EMPfirstname & Large(of 30 chracters) EMPLastname in EMP table then ETL doesn't combine these two records successfully & we have the data loss by having the lastname truncated.

Expected results:

Upto 50 characters of record length the ETL should be able to combine both the firstname & lastname.
