If you have the PDF plugin installed and go to:
http://www.humanfactors.com/downloads/webstandards.pdf
and then press Search -> Find in This Page and enter some text and press Find 
you get:

Would you have time to come up with patches for all these search-related js
strict-mode warnings?  I can check them in for you.  Thanks.

If you use the inlined plugins find functionality (the binoculars icon) you can
successfully search through the PDF doc.  But, in that case maybe we should
disable the "Find in page..." and friends menuitems.

Probably this menu should be disabled for all full-page plugin. Peter, what do 
you think?
I think there are a bunch of menus we need to disable for full-page plugins. How
does one do that?

But I think this bug is about embedded-style PDF?
