1. goto http://campaign.stage.mozaws.net/author/1/
2. sign in as a non registered or disallowed user
3. hit refresh or try and sign in with a different email

actual: Page quickly redirects to 401 forbidden, and user isn't able to try another email address.

since the watch() method auto signs in previously signed in users, they are redirected to a 401 page over immediately.  Please redirect to a page that provides a 'logout' button (navigator.id.logout) for users to try again.
