On/off toggle icon for 9 Years of Firefox add-on UI.

>>Project Overview:
We are gong to let users switch back and forth between the Firefox gifs and their usual content (preferred sites). We currently have an icon that lets users turn the new tab into a blank canvas.

Adding a couple of related items to this bug. It looks like the following elements could use a bit of design love:
- background: we have the ability to have a background there, do we need one? The only requirements is taht it should work with every screen size and should look good regardless f which gif is displayed!
- overlay styles: we are going to use a couple of overlays with a welcome and that the beginning and end of the experience. Can you make recommendations in terms of font, button styles and layout?
