Redirecting a review should not send a "review cancelled" email

Sometimes I edit an attachment on one of my bugs to change who the review request is going to. The Bugzilla UI shows the change in the bug as review?(johndoe@example.com) -> review?(janedoe@example.com) however an email is sent to me saying "Review canceled" when in fact it wasn't canceled, it was just redirected. It would be nice if Bugzilla sent an email saying "Review redirected" in this case, and included who the new reviewer was.
Moving upstream as this is not an issue specific to BMO and maybe someone other than BMO devels will want to pick this up sooner.
