Working on both simultaneously since they are unused. r76103 is the puppet update for the mysql56 package update.

upgraded! Also I've put bedrock in scl3 using GTID replication.

reopening; need to upgrade a backup server, will do that when upgrading production instances in the next week or so. For now, we have the backups on bedrock in phx1.

I have upgraded all the backup servers in scl3 to use MySQL 5.6, so I can refresh bedrock's backup whenever.
