Description:
The user is unable to change what kind of tag a phone number has is labelled with.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Buri device to 1.2 moz build 20131008004009.
2. Open the Contacts app.
3. Press the + button in the top right corner to create a new contact.
4. In the phone section, tap the label box that displays "Mobile".
5. Observe that no dropdown box appears and the user is unable to change what kind of tag a contact number has, leaving every contact number as "Mobile".

Actual:
When tapping the label box on a phone number, the user is not given any options to change to change what kind of tag a phone number has.

Expected:
When tapping the label box on a phone number, the user is given several different options for number tags.

Hi, 
A new bug was open related to this, bug 924903 after checking with latest build.

v1.2 latest build (10/09):
Gecko-bd1bd24
Gaia-1499c58

Tapping on Mobile it appears the dropdown list. It is possible to change between the given options (mobile, home, work..) but, it is not possible to add a custom tag.
Although it is possible to tap on Custom field and write a different tag, when tapping on Done, the change is dismissed.

bug 924903 mentioned in comment 1 is a different issue,

this bug as written is the same as bug 923246, which itself has been duped to bug 922037

per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=922037#c7 the fix has been uplifted to 1.2 just today
