924671 - Add a link to return to the devhub from the bango portal

steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Bango portal or load https://mozilla.bango.com/mt/finance/revenue/?packageid=928315
2. Notice that there is no way for users to get back to the marketplace devhub once they are done reviewing payments info

Please add a link to return to the devhub from the bango portal

Our suggestion is to put the link back to devhub via the Mozilla logo rather than having a link because, as we have discussed previously, space is extremely limited. What do you think?

Space is extremely limited in the Bango dev portal? Looks like there's plenty of space on the right next to sign out:

We cannot place any link in the top banner because it would mean that it would be shown on other partner's portals. The Logo's are created in such a way that they swap out each time but the rest of the banner is fixed. Hence why we suggested putting the link within the Logo itself.

We can only have 1 url, so considering this affects LIVE we will use the prod link.

We have found a problem with inserting the return link in the logo at the top so we are replacing the HOME link at the bottom of the page to say "Back to Developer HUB"
