 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  The MMS send interface show two pictures when re-enter the message after refused a call.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  Precondition:The phone is at airplane mode when first send the message.
 
  1.Launch MMS->add an picture from Gallery->send the MMS->pop up notice that the MMS can't send->there are a red "!" at the right of the picture
  2.Turn off the airplane mode->tap the red "!" to send the MMS again->coming a call->refused the call
  3.Tap back button at the message send interface->re-enter the message->the interface show two pictures including the fail delivered picture->KO
 
  Notes:At the Step3,the message is at sending status all the time.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO:After refused the call,re-enter the message,there are only one picture  appear and it can be send successfully.

I think the "refused a call" part is wrong.

We don't delete the old message before the new one has been sent.

I'll dupe against bug 903300, where we want to have gecko resend the failed message instead, which would let us not do the send/delete operation.
