The problem is that Firefox is currently lacking a maintainer in Ubuntu
The updates are back.

It's behind again, at least for Trusty. The latest build version is 30.0~a2~hg20140417r185680-0ubuntu1~umd1 from 2014-04-17. http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/ppa/firefox_aurora It seems to be up to date for Precise and Saucy.
