https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/commit/a30c53772f82844f6ff3f90ea85177c1aface4d1 I'd write a test for this in smokealarm, but we don't have a way to simulate the CDN. If I think of a good way to test it, I'll add tests for ToS and Privacy.
