Even if we try to get rid of these (or of most of these), we still have a lot of banners at the top of the content.
Except for four of them that indicate the status of a feature (experimental, non-standard, deprecated, obsolete) that need to be prominently visibles, the remaining banners can be made less prominent (in a side bar?)
Nevertheless we need a new consistent UI for banners.

These banners should be moved into the sidebar; that way, they can be less intrusive while also being available even after scrolling away from the top of the page.

Added a mockup of what a banner might look like in the sidebar; obviously the style can be better than this.
