The steps to reach the tour in test_ftu_with_tour are written explicitly for device. If we make these steps a bit more "loose" , for example write it into a loop that taps Next until the "Start Tour" screen is visible then we can run this test on Travis and TBPL and get back a tiny bit of coverage for the FTU
