Steps to reproduce:

In the review queue, I clicked on an app called ScCinemas that based on its icon appeared to be a packaged app


Actual results:

When I enter the app I notice review options are disabled and looking at app manifest it is privileged


Expected results:

The app icon in the queue should have the P on it to show the app is privileged

This has nothing to do with privileged vs packaged, the app versions are mixed up, this is a known problem.
