Add win64 to trychooser's "Restrict tests to platform(s)" list
I noticed that these were enabled at some point, but try chooser doesn't support them. Possibly relevant thread that this came out of: https://groups.google.com/d/msg/mozilla.dev.platform/zACrUe_JwKw/kwaw2uzdFCcJ
For the most part, it's already there: the build is there, and the naive "try: -b o -p win64 -u all -t none" will work just fine (other than the fact that there are zero working slaves, so the tests will pend forever). But it is (barely) possible that someone working on greening it up would want to build on every platform and only run win64 tests, for which they'd need it in the "Restrict tests to platform(s)" list.
Summary: update try syntax for 64-bit windows tests → Add win64 to trychooser's "Restrict tests to platform(s)" list
