Steps to reproduce:
Receive message with "return receipt" request.
Select to allow return receipt
Server responds "invalid message format"
Actual results:
Upon error message "invalid message format", next popup message was something like "you should never see this message"
Expected results:
return receipt email sent transparently, no errors or popups.

The issue is not consistent. A test email between two accounts in the same domain did not result in this error. This error usually occurs when receiving mail from a specific email address. Will update when we find the error reoccurs.
