Steps to reproduce:

Context:
Internet access only available through enterprise proxy with authentification.
Trying to access internet without proxy configuration returns a 403 error page.
Proxy is correctly setup in my browser.

Open the following URL :
http://www.leparisien.fr/milibris/liseuse/LeParisien/?type=le-parisien-economie&date=20130916
which use a flash plugin.



Actual results:

After some times, trying to open any website results in a tab which has the loading anymation but does nothing.
The network tools inside Firefow shows the loading is pending on the GET request.
Wireshark show it is not actualy sent.
Browsing from LAN or using https works but not http.

Closing the tabs of with the flash plugin allows other tab to load.



Expected results:

I should be able to open new tabs and surf the internet even when a flash plugin in another tab behave strangely.

Are you able to reproduce the issue without proxy?

Not reproducible on the same network with Firefox 26.

Didn't tried hard enough.
Just reproduced it.
Still on my corporate network (with proxy) and using Firefox 26.

Can you try with the protected mode disabled in Flash, please.
See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071 (§ "last resort"). You probably need to run Notepad as admin to edit mms.cfg.
