Was this URL ever actually used? The page here is an exact copy of the page that lives at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/security/identity/

I suspect that the version under /opportunities/ may have just been a copy/paste error. If so, it may never have been used or linked to and be able to be deleted without a redirect.

Ah - a copy paste error would explain the folder choice.
