 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  The test phone A calling in the background,into the dialer when B calos the calling,dialer menu bar does not show .
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Used B make a call to the test phone A;
  2.Click home key then the call running in the background;
  3.B close the call and A into the Dialer,dialer menu bar does not show-KO.
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  Dialer menu bar can show and interface not have error.
