I keep getting periodically a message box that says: something is preventing Firefox from updating securely. Please make sure you have the latest version of firefox from: https//:www.mozilla.org/firefox/
I go to the above website and it always says that I have the current version. I have downloaded a fresh version. I have reset Firefox to its default setting. But, I still periodically receive this message box. It appears about once a week.
usually on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
i have also gone to the About Firefox under the Help section in the Firefox drop down box to reconfirm that I have the latest version.
What else can I do to resolve this issue?
Assistance is appreciated.

Reporter, could you please go to the about:support page and copy the User Agent and the browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone?
