Details

When attempting to flash 1.2 on a Keon using the flash.zip, adb reports the device as being "offline" on Windows and Linux.

This may be due to later versions of adb requiring a signature from the phone (see http://stackoverflow.com/a/15003247).

A semi-workaround is to unplug the usb, plug it back in and within the first few seconds, send "adb reboot bootloader" to drop the device into bootloader.
