Steps to reproduce:

Please open the pdf-file from the following link as an example within pdf viewer from Firefox:

Actual results:

The pdf-file is completely unreadable. Most of the characters are missing. A few characters appear, but they are wrong (see attached screenshot 1 in the zip-file: Firefox.jpg)


Expected results:

If you open the file e.g. in Adobe Reader all characters appear right (see attached screenshot 2 in the zip-file: Adobe_Reader.jpg)

Confirming this on current trunk under Linux.

I don't understand how this can be Severity Blocker.  Blocker means this bug prevents developers from being able to work on the code.  According to the Mozilla definitions of severity, the highest this can be is Major.

Our company is running thousands of fund reports in PDF format on a monthly basis for asset management companies. These asset managers publish the fund reports on their webpages and their clients complain about the unreadable reports in the PDF viewer in Firefox.

Therefore this Bug is very important for us and our business. Thanks in advance for your help!
