- watch most of the printout is blank

Expected: text is printed in the blank area as seen on the screen. IE does it 
correctly.
Don, I see the problem here..we're not printing out the inner frame content.
outer frame content is printed out fine.

yup...seems fine now....

The first page is just blank except for the banner. 4x prints this url fine, 
with no blank pages. Isn't it still a bug?
AV, the banner printing only on the first page issue is another bug.
Please see bug 105166 (which should be fixed in trunk builds starting
from 11/2 onwards)

If this other bug still doesn't address your needs, then REOPEN this
bug.
