Steps to reproduce:

【Detail Description*】：[B2G][Helix][yangshiqi][gallery]it has some posibility that the thumbnail which copy to the sd card from pc not completely displayed in gallery
                         1.put the sd card in cellphone connected to the pc(share using usb).
			 2.copy some picture in it 
                         3.turn off "usb share",check the gallery 
【Expect Result*】:the thumbnail display clearly in gallery 
【Real Result*】：the thumbnai didnot display but it can be click and display the real picture.
