To maximize impact of the new redesign, we should have quicklinks with relevant content in all CSS pages. (Some already have).

This basically means correct tagging and small update to each reference page.

It is a nice to have, but we shouldn't block the launch. Pages without them are as much usable as before.

I've finished to work on them (with the help of Karen), it is in a good shape for the launch.
