What did you do?
================
1. Create a page.
2. Create a <pre> block with HTML in it.
3. Click "Insert live sample iFrame" button.
What happened?

The dialog pops up to configure the iFrame, but there's no document name yet because you haven't saved, so you're stymied at this point.
What should have happened?
==========================
This dialog needs to cope with that scenario more gracefully, although I don't know offhand what that solution would be.
Is there anything else we should know?
