Details

WebIDL.WebIDLError: error: Unresolved type '<unresolved scope>::DataChannel'., PeerConnectionImpl.webidl line 70:2

and similar in PeerConnectionObserver. Looks like PeerConnectionImpl and PeerConnectionObserver need to go in the same conditional block as DataChannel and MediaEvents.
