But default for message is plain text only. Expected results: Instead, the former message should be presented again, for modification of To, Subject or Body The same malfunction can be observed when I use forwarding, inline

When I use "Edit as new Message" on a HTML message, this does open the message with HTML formatting options. When I use it on a plain text message, it doesn't. My setup is to use plain text as default. I feel that HTML is ok for HTML. So my suggestion is: bug is fixed.
