Description

When "show_activity.cgi" retrieves a list of changes from the database, it
converts null values, empty strings, and zeroes to a non-breaking space
(" "), presumably so the bug activity table formats correctly in browsers
that format table cells differently if they contain no content.

Zeroes are content and are usually significant (they represent "boolean false"
in certain fields), so they should not be converted to a non-breaking space.
