927176 - "My makes" overlay in Popcorn and Thimble needs a close button

The only way to close the overlay strip of "My makes" is to go into the menu and hit "My makes" again, which is not very obvious and a little cumbersome.

If you change your mind and decide you don't want to open another make and instead continue editing what you were working on, there is no easy button to close the "My makes" overlay. 

If you don't figure it out, you are stuck with half your project covered up with no access to the save button, so you will lose your work if you refresh.

I suggest an obvious [x] somewhere

we landed code that lets you click outside the "my makes" panel, which then closes it
