Added raring release for Ubuntu to mrepo.
r76514 committed. Will close once I can confirm files have synced.
Most of the channels were mirrored, however, seems some others were missing. Added them in r76568. Will wait again to make sure a "apt-get update" doesn't return any 404 from the repo. However, we current channels should be enough to puppetize a host.

Seems there was yet ANOTHER missing one. r76614,76623 fixed it.
