We hit some failures on win32 update verify 2/6:

FAIL: Could not download source Thunderbird Setup 24.0b1.exe from http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org//thunderbird/releases/24.0b1/win32/de/Thunderbird Setup 24.0b1.exe

I think we ought to back out https://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/rev/4df440d5b2d2, since we only have en-US for win32 24.0b1. What say you Rail ?

Done in https://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/rev/b66329325751, which will fix the next beta. I'm going to leave the updates for 25.0b1 alone.
