We learned yesterday that Firefox OS has been named a finalist for a Meffys Award for "Innovation Award for Technology." Here's more info on the award: http://www.meffys.com/meffycategories/technology-innovation

The Meffys are put on by the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), and they're hosting an awards gala dinner in San Francisco on Nov. 14th to announce the winners. For visuals during the awards, they're asking for a 30-60 second video of the product, and said they need it by Thurs, Oct. 17th. I'm sure we can pull this together from existing videos, but aside from our b-roll I don't know what video assets we have that might work, so would like the Creative team's help identifying/compiling a video to submit.

Below are the exact instructions MEF provided for the video they want:

All finalists have the opportunity to showcase their entries on the big screen at the awards ceremony with a short video. Please follow the instructions below:

- Footage that works well includes images of your product/services being used by people or close ups of screens showing UI. Company and product logos, graphics and/ or other branding can be included
      
- Your video clip will be shown with a voiceover from MEF & music. If your clip has a music soundtrack we will use that. However please do not send a clip that requires a dialogue track or a person speaking to camera – it will be muted.

- The video should be no more than 30 seconds to 1 minute in length. If you have a promotional video you would like to send which is longer,  we will edit it down 

Format accepted:
For Mac Users -  please send in  an Apple Pro Res 422 HQ file. 
For PC users - high res H264s with a large screen size and high bit rate.

I've re purposed  and trimmed down a Firefox OS ad we have. It's very recent, has great visuals and it gives quick a overview of FFOS and it's around a minute.
