Now that 1.1 HD got reinstated; it would help to have ril builds for easier flashing + having the RIL

Naoki, can you verify that we have only one build type for this branch and it's helix + prebuilt_CDR007_AU_LINUX_GECKO_ICS_STRAWBERRY.01.01.00.019.257.tar.gz RIL? (The RIL version will be bumped when there is a newver one)

Yes, that is correct. I forgot to place the device name. We only need 1.1 HD for Helix.
