[FSA Program] Certificate of Recognition +

1. Need our Certificate of Identification replicated and amended to serve as a 'Certificate of Recognition' for our Regional Marketing Ambassadors (will be attached to the bug)
Here are the changes that need to take place:
*Header: In-between 'Firefox Student Ambassadors' and 'Certificate of Identification' there should be 'Regional Marketing Ambassador'. In addition 'Certificate of Identification' should be altered to 'Certificate of Recognition'
*Bottom left Corner: I will be signing in the document so instead of 'Mozilla Representative' it should say 'Firefox Student Ambassador Program Manager'

Should be delivered as a PDF that the recipient is able to edit. 

>>Launch Date:
2013-11-01

>>Creative Due Date:
2013-10-31

Hi Kate, 

I've attached the FSA Certificate of Recognition with your requested changes. The file is a bit larger in size, but it appears crisper than the previous, and should still function the same as well.

Hi Matt,

Looks great - thanks. Just a couple more small changes - 
*There appears to be an extra space between 'Marketing' and 'Ambassadors'
*'Reps name goes here' can be deleted and be replaced by 'Katherine Naszradi'
*You can delete the bottom right hand part about the mozillians.org url
