Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://air.mozilla.org/minimum-viable-bureaucracy/
2. or https://air.mozilla.org/nature-of-mozilla/
3. Play them
Expected results:
- the videos are rendered properly
Actual results:
- the videos aren't rendered properly, they lack clarity and have a lot of flickering.
Note:
- not reproducible on Chronium, nor on Nightly on mac

clicking on video will display image again but will return to noise/blue screen overlaping
