Details

Bug 900522 landed ANDROID_RESFILES and ANDROID_GENERATED_RESFILES in moz.build but doesn't include making mobile/android/base use the rules.mk backend for them.  This is because the rules.mk backend doesn't support copying some resources whilst generating (preprocessing) others.

This ticket tracks generating and processing install manifests to copy the appropriate resources whilst integrating with mobile/android/base/Makefile.in to generate the remaining resources.
