Details

At the moment, Android branding resources (not accessed by Gecko) are considered generated (defined in ANDROID_GENERATED_RESFILES) and we have custom rules in mobile/android/base/Makefile.in to copy branding resources (Android resources, not Gecko) into $OBJDIR/res. After Bug 928149 lands, we should do this copy using manifests. I have implemented this as a renaming step, modifying mobile/android/branding, followed by updating the manifests.
