demo2 and demo3 were odd. The r/w user only had r/o privileges. demo1 was correct. I presume it's just a simple copy/paste error, as there's just a lot of accounts to touch to make it work. Between dev, demo1, demo2, demo3, and stage, there are 20 separate user accounts, so it's easy to get the pattern wrong when setting them up. You should be able to push again now and it should work properly.
