Steps to reproduce:

Click and grab on top bar of full screen TB window.
Drag to 2nd or 3rd monitor.


Actual results:

Won't move.

Try grabbing top bar of another program (FF),
Drag to another window,
Either snap or not to full screen.


Expected results:

TB should have moved to 2nd monitor.

Used to work about 9 months ago, and just never got fixed after it broke through the many versions in between.

Cosmetically, I don't see the TB logo when window is not full screen or is there space when the window is full screen. I do see it flicker for a second as the "File Edit View Go Message Tools Help" row realigns with Minimize,Maximize,Close boxes.

TB will snap to full screen when I 'slam' the window to the top of any monitor as it should.

Win7 ultimate, i7, 8g, MSE only for antivirus, size 11EE shoe.

I've never seen this on win7.
Can you still reproduce when using a current version?
