_LAST_RELEASE is the slowest version of release macros for CCable objects.
When implementing Snow-white _LAST_RELEASE was used mainly because the original
code had _LAST_RELEASE. _DESTROY was a new thing.
But let's see what the tryserver tells.

Aha, looks like there are plenty of leaks.
I guess there were some reasons to use _LAST_RELEASE after all :)
